  • Ensure that SUNGO operates in an effective and efficient manner

VACANCY 2 - Position: Information and Liaison Officer (ILO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of information materials, media releases and reports.
  • Maintenance and improvement of membership database and tracking of member information and statistics.
  • Compile articles for SUNGO newsletter and Production of newsletter regularly
  • Assistance in communicating grant and funding information to members.
  • Close liaison with SUNGO members and CSOs
  • Compilation of reports for all CSO Forums and SUNGO meetings
  • Development and maintenance of SUNGO website.
  • Provide Training in specified areas. 

Vacancy 3 - Position: Assistant Administration Officer 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • To assist with office administration, maintain the office environment and act as the SUNGO driver. Clean drivers license compulsory.
  • Reception area well managed with friendly reception to visitors
  • Friendly phone reception service provided and messages accurately and promptly passed on
  • Staff leave records and staff attendance book accurately maintained
  • Mail promptly collected and distributed and accurate record kept
  • Meeting schedule on board kept up to date daily
  • Petty cash handing, receipting, vouchers and banking accurately and promptly completed
  • Hospitality and catering provided which meets the satisfaction of staff and guests
  • All admin tasks completed to satisfaction of Office Manager
  • Training undertaken as directed by CEO
